Our Server
(1) The rows and columns of the gene expression matrix represent cells and genes, respectively.
(2) A total of 15 columns, sorted in the following order: MMP14, TIMP1, CRLF1, IGFBP4, COL6A2,
      C11orf96, COL6A1, BGN, FKBP10, PDGFRB, SPARC, CYGB, IGFBP7, ENG, SERPINH1.
(3) The gene expression matrix should be a standardized CSV file (such as fpkm, rpkm, tpm…).
(4) You can click the "Example" button to download the example file.
Step 2: Click on the "Submit" button to run and see the predicted result.
