About iThermo

The iThermo uses the protein sequence information to predict the thermophilic proteins. It is based on Multi-layer Perceptron classifier trained model. There proposed model is capable of identifying the thermophilic proteins up to 96.26%. The high accuracy of model indicates that the current study can expedite the discovery and engineering of thermo stable proteins for various industrial applications. The proposed model can be freely used to predict thermophilic proteins by soft package which can be freely download by clicking on downloads.
