The role of this page is a brief introduction to iRice-MS

Welcome to iRice-MS

iRice-MS is a web server used to detect post-translational modification sites that occur on the lysine of the rice proteome. At present, iRice-MS can detect six kinds of post-translational modifications that occur on lysines. They are: 2-hydroxyisobutyrylation, succinylation, crotonylation, malonylation, acetylation, and ubiquitination. We hope that in the future, iRice-MS can become a powerful tool for detecting rice lysine post-translational modification sites, providing convenience for experimenters.
