Welcome to AcrPred

    AcrPred is a webserver for the identification of anti-CRISPR proteins. In the predictor, sequence-based and evolutionary-information-based methods were used to represent proteins. The support vector machine (SVM) was applied for model construction. The accuracy and AUC of independent dataset test was 88.1% and 0.952, respectively. Besides prediction serveice, We also applied the predicted anti-CRISPR proteins in viruses by our method. We hope the webserver could provide convenience for Biochemistry scholars.
