The web-server was developed to identify the N6-methyladenosine (m6A) sites in H. sapiens and M. musculus. It was observed by the rigorous cross-validation test that the accuracies achieved 90.38% and 88.89% for identifying m6A in the above mentioned species, respectively.
(1) For each submission, the input sequences must be longer than 41 characters and in FASTA format; i.e., each RNA sequence should start with a greater-than symbol (" > ") in the first column. The words right after the " > " symbol in the single initial line are optional and only used for the purpose of identification and description.
(2) If a query sequence contains any illegal characters, wrong results will be obtained.
